It's that time of the year again. The time when elected officials make their way to Olympia to debate and decide on issues that impact all of this. The principle issue catching Surfrider's attention this upcoming legislative session is the Oil Transportation and Safety Act (OTSA). A piece of legislation that can go a long ways toward protecting our oceans, waves, and beaches in Washington state.
