Joining forces with our Surfrider brethren across the Columbia River in Oregon, and with our partners in the Stand Up To Oil Coalition, Surfrider WA Staff and activists attended the hearing last night in Vancouver to raise concerns about the massive oil terminal that is proposed for Vancouver and the potential for catastrophic impacts to the important recreation areas along the Washington and Oregon coast when a major spill occurs.
